About
Skilled Conference Producer & Project Manager with over 25 Years' Experience
I spent the first 20 years of my career working with a Cambridge-based, scientific nonprofit. Throughout my tenure, I provided top-notch logistics management, thoughtful content strategy, and careful budget planning. I produced events ranging from social affairs to week-long conferences delivered across the US, abroad, and online. I guided the organization through a diverse set of projects including a headquarters relocation, video production and distribution of a filmed training course, and the complete restructuring/regeneration of the organization’s complex website. I led a four-year citizen science project engaging a diverse set of participants in the scientific method. We generated a project website & newsletter, yearly in-person training programs, a research publication, a training manual, new data analysis software, and a planetarium show. Our project was honored as a “National Science Foundation Highlight.”
As a consultant, I’ve honed my ability to listen thoughtfully and quickly develop an understanding of the needs of a particular client or project. I've managed capacity building and fundraising events from 30 to over 1100 attendees, provided worry-free support for virtual events so that clients can focus on the content and not the technology, and strengthened teams through effective committee management.

Whether you have an upcoming conference, need help with a virtual or hybrid event, or are developing a new program that overreaches the capacity of your current staff, I would love to discuss how I can add structure, connection, & value to your next project.
